Welcome to Rural VISIONS Centre home page. We are also known as Central Frontenac Community Services Corporation. We offer services to seniors, children ages 0 - 12 and their parents, physically disabled adults and low income families. Most of our services include the areas of rural Kingston and South Frontenac Township.
